  • Your order is important to us! If you need to change or cancel your order, you can easily make this request by clicking the “CONTACT” tab and writing a message to us. Please make sure to include your order number if you received one, or the items your purchased.

  • Dudus Designs LTD is a handcraft designer. We ask that you allow 5-7 business days after your order has been made, to process/make your order. Once your order is made, you will be notified that it has been shipped out and should be able to access your tracking info from there. If you are having any difficulties with your tracking information please feel free to reach out to us.

  • We understand there are some occasions where you may need your items sooner than later. In this case, please utilize the contact tab and let us know when you need your order by. We will try our very best to accommodate. Please be aware there may be an increased shipping fee.

  • We accept all major debit and credit cards. For our special pop-ups & events we will accept venmo payments.

  • Although you cannot go back into an order once it is completed, please feel free to message us using the CONTACT tab and let us know the correct address.

  • When ordering one of our personalized cups, please be sure you are selected the design with the word “CUSTOM” following , this will prompt you to add a name once you add to cart. If it prompts you to add a name and you did not order a custom cup, you can either bypass, or insert, but please note, if you did not order the custom cup and you insert a name. It will not be customized

  • If you get an error that your payment did not go through, but you see it in your account, please allow 5-7 business days for the the transaction to clear. It will only be a processed payment and not a confirmed transaction. If you have gotten funds deducted twice, please reach out to us and we will make sure to refund your assets.

  • Please note, all sales are final. In the event where you ordered an incorrect size, please reach out to us and we will send you a return label and ship you the correct size.

  • If you are trying to order a specific item, and it shows unavailable, this means we do not currently have your size.

    If you see a design you like, but the style or size you need is not an option to choose, please message us and we will try our best to accommodate your order!
